NO TIGERS IN AFRICA by Norman Silver (hier online bestellen)

The story:Teenager Selwyn Lewis emigrates from South Africa to England with his family. He hopes to escape his guilty
past, but is unable to settle or make friends because of his rigid, white South African attitudes. His parents
are too absorbed with their own upheaval to notice that Selwyn’s crisis is reaching breaking point....

 Extract from book:
"I know it all started in Jo’burg when I killed Philemon Majodena, or maybe even earlier than that, when I
was born into my white skin. But when I got to this country I thought all the blood I spilled was left behind.
No way, man! That trouble followed me here like a pack of starving hyenas."
