 |  Use 'to be to' with the following personal pronouns: I, you,  he, she, we, you
 
 Ex.: You (to go home) at once. > You are to go home at once.
 
 1. (to come to the harbour tomorrow morning)		
		
		2. (to help unload the tea-ships)	
		
		3. (to leave...weapons at home)
		
		4. (to buy English tea)
		
		5. (to pay threepence tax on every pound of tea)
		
		6. (to obey all orders from the Governor)
		
		Use above phrases in brackets with 'needn't/need not and 'can' according to the following example:
 We need not go home; we can stay here at the Meeting House if we wish.
